    Setup a Hold Amount on an Owner

    Setting up an amount to withhold each month from an Owner's income in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.
    2. Select the hyperlinked Area Description.
    3. Select the Owner and choose the 'Owner' button.
    4. Navigate to the 'Banking' tab.
    5. Select the Banking Details and choose 'Edit'.
    6. Select the checkbox 'Hold Payment'.
    7. Enter the Amount to Hold from this Owner.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Hold Amounts setup on the Owner's banking details will apply to income on all Owned Areas for this Owner Profile.

    In this example the $500 entered as the Hold Amount will be held from the income of each of the 5 Owned Areas for this owner ($2,500 total).

    Visual Guide

    Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.

    Select the hyperlinked Area Description.

    Select the Owner and choose the 'Owner' button.

    Navigate to the 'Banking' tab.

    Select the Banking Details and choose 'Edit'.

    Select the checkbox 'Hold Payment'.

    Enter the Amount to Hold from this Owner.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
