    Setup a Credit Card

    Adding Credit Cards in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Credit Cards in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Card Description.
    4. Select the Card Sale Type.
    5. Navigate to the 'Transaction Fees' tab.
    6. Select 'Default' and choose 'Edit'.
    7. Enter the required Surcharge and Cap Amount.
    8. Select a General Ledger Account Code.
    9. Save/Exit.
    10. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Credit Cards in RMS.

    Select 'Add'.

    Enter a Card Description.


    Select the Card Sale Type.

    Navigate to the 'Transaction Fees' tab.

    Select 'Default' and choose 'Edit'.


    Enter the required Surcharge and Cap Amount.

    Select a General Ledger Account Code.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to complete creating the new Credit Card.
