    Send a Form to the Guest Portal

    Sending a form to the Guest Portal from RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number.
    3. Select 'Search'.
    4. Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
    5. Select 'Send Out'.
    6. Choose the 'Form'.
    7. Select 'Open'.
    8. Choose 'Send to Guest Portal'.
    9. Exit.

    Go to Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number.

    Select 'Search' to go to the reservation.

    Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.

    Select 'Send Out'.

    Choose the 'Form' from the displayed list of Form Letters.

    Select 'Open' to merge and preview the form on screen.

    Choose 'Send to Guest Portal'.

    Select 'Exit' to return to the reservation.

    A record of this form being sent to the Guest Portal will now be displayed on the reservation's Correspondence tab.

    When this guest logs into the Guest Portal, the Form will be displayed with their reservation details.

    Once the guest selects 'Submit' on the form, it will show as 'Pending Property Sign Off' and a message from the Guest Portal to the Property will display in RMS.
