    Information

RMS Insurance is a module available for Holiday Parks to sell and manage insurance policies for long term residents and annuals.

Easily quote, approve and renew insurance policies and store insurance certificates on the resident or annual's reservation.

RMS Insurance policies are fully comprehensive with required liability, damages and contents insurance for the caravan and annex that renews automatically. Policies renew automatically each year and cover natural events including fires, floods, earthquakes and storms.

RMS Insurance Policies are set at a generous base amount that can be upgraded with price-beat options to provide competitive premiums.

The RMS Insurance Dashboard simplifies policy management with a policy toggle for each long term resident.

Insurance certificates are automatically stored in RMS and include an invoice with payment instructions.

First time policy holders are given 60 days complimentary cover before payment is due. If payment is not made within 60 days the policy is automatically cancelled.

RMS Billing occurs monthly with an invoice itemising all new and renewed policies for the period less any refunds for cancelled policies due for the month.

A Sundry Charge and an Assigned Credit Note with a 0.00 Unit Price are required for use with RMS Insurance.

The Sundry Charge will be used to create the insurance premium charge on the Reservation Account.

Account Types, Reservation and Sundry are default System Labels that can be customised.

The Module Market can be accessed by System Administrators.

Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
