    Cancel a Reservation

    Cancel an existing reservation in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Change Status'.
    4. Select 'Cancel'.
    5. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Warning

    Owner & Trust Accounting properties should ensure there are no Accommdation Charges posted on Cancelled or No Show Reservations as these will not be included in Pay Owner/Manager at the end of the month.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Change Status'.

    Select 'Cancel'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
