    Replace a Guest on a Reservation

    Changing the guest profile assigned to a particular reservation.


    Updating Guest Details vs Replacing the Guest

    Updating existing guest details is used when it is the same person and certain details have changed.
    Replacing the Guest on the reservation is to change the person associated to the reservation.


    Steps Required

    1. Open the reservation in RMS.
    2. Select 'Options' on Guest Details and choose 'Replace Guest'
    3. Search for and existing Guest or enter the new guest's details.
    4. Save the reservation.

    Search for an existing Guest Profile or enter the new guest's details.

    Save the reservation.
