    Redeem Guest Reward Points

    Applying Guest Reward Points to a Reservation Account in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select the Accommodation Account.
    4. Select the 'Receipt' menu drop down.
    5. Select 'Redeem Points'.
    6. Select the Guest Rewards Unassigned Credit Note.
    7. Enter the Amount to Redeem.
    8. Optional: Enter a Comment.
    9. Apply/Exit.

    Info

    The Redeem Points option will only display if there are Reward Points on the Guest Profile available to be redeemed.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select the Accommodation Account.

    Select the 'Receipt' menu drop down.

    Select 'Redeem Points'.

    Select the Guest Rewards Unassigned Credit Note.

    Enter the Amount to Redeem.

    Optional: Enter a Comment.

    Select 'Apply/Exit'.

    The Guest Reward Point redemption will apply to the account in RMS.
