Redeem Guest Reward Points
Applying Guest Reward Points to a Reservation Account in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
- Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
- Select the Accommodation Account.
- Select the 'Receipt' menu drop down.
- Select 'Redeem Points'.
- Select the Guest Rewards Unassigned Credit Note.
- Enter the Amount to Redeem.
- Optional: Enter a Comment.
- Apply/Exit.
Visual Guide

The Guest Reward Point redemption will apply to the account in RMS.
