    Setup a Discount Reason

    Creating Discount Reasons for selection when applying a Discount in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Reason Code.
    4. Enter the Reason Description.
    5. Enter a Short Description.
    6. Select the Reason Association.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Reason.

    Enter the Reason Code.

    Enter the Reason Description.

    Enter a Short Description.

    Select the Reason Association.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Reason will now be available for selection when users perform the associated action in RMS.
