Rate Table: Nightly - No. of Nights

Setup a Nightly Rate Table with prices by length of stay in RMS.

Steps Required

Have your System Administrator complete the following.

Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
Select 'Rates'.
Select 'Rate Table'.
Select 'Add'.
Enter a Description.
Select the Rate Structure as 'Direct Rate'.
Select the Format as 'Nightly'.
Select the Based On as 'No. of Nights'.
Enter the Person Base.
Enter the Rate Amount.
Optional: Enter Length of Stay Restrictions.
Optional: Select a Cancellation Policy.
Save/Exit.

Info

The Nightly Rate Table based on No. of Nights will determine the pricing for each reservation date based on the total number of nights on the reservation. Prices set will apply to all reservation nights using the amount entered for the length of stay on the reservation.

Selecting a Cancellation Policy or setting a Minimum Reservation Period on the Rate Table will override any set on the Rate Type or Rate Period.

Setup a Rate Type, Rate Period and Rate Lookup to make a Rate Type available for selection on a reservation or use the New Rate Wizard.
