    Setup Hire Equipment Fees

    Setting up an Hourly Rate Table for use with Activity Categories in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    2. Select 'Rates' and choose 'Rate Tables'.
    3. Select 'Add'.
    4. Enter a Rate Table Description.
    5. Select the Structure of 'Direct Rate'.
    6. Select the Format of 'Hourly'.
    7. Optional: Enter a Person Base.
    8. Enter the Hourly Rate Amount.
    9. Enter an After 10 Hours Amount or Loop Back After X Hours.
    10. Save/Exit.
    11. Proceed to Create a Rate Lookup.

    Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.

    Enter a Rate Table Description.

    Select the Structure of 'Direct Rate'.

    Select the Format of 'Hourly'.

    Enter the Hourly Rate Amount.

    Enter an After 10 Hours Amount or Loop Back After X Hours.

    Entering a value in 'After 10 Hours' will apply the amount entered for every hour booked after 10 hours has been reached.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Proceed to Create a Rate Lookup.
