    Rate Table Second Deposit

    Setup a Second Deposit on a Rate Table in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    2. Select 'Rates'.
    3. Select 'Rate Tables'.
    4. Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Deposit' tab.
    6. Select the 'Second Deposit' tab.
    7. Select and enter the Amount to Charge.
    8. Select and enter When to Pay.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Info

    A Second Deposit can be used to obtain additional payment from a guest prior to their arrival when the initial deposit is not set to full payment.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.

    Select 'Rates'.

    Select 'Rate Tables'.

    Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Deposits' tab.

    Select the 'Second Deposit' tab.

    Select and enter the Amount to Charge.

    Select and enter When to Pay.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
