    Rate Manager View Rates & Availability

    View Rates & Availability on the Rate Manager Chart in RMS.

    Rates & Availability can be viewed and managed on the Rate Manager Chart.

    Information

    Rates & Availability can be viewed and managed on the Rate Manager Chart with a number of view options available to view Availability &/or Rates by Category, Channel or Rate Type and filter using Attributes.

    Rate Types will be displayed in the nominated Rate Type Display Order and will display if it is a Derived Rate or  if it is an Area Rate.

    The Allotment & Availability view will show the Total Areas Available in green and the Allotment Value in blue for the viewed Rate Type, Category or Channel.

    Availability & Rates displayed in red indicate an override is in effect. Overrides include the Base Rate, Minimum Nights.

    Stop Sells are indicated by displayed in the top right corner of the date cell and the Total Areas Available displayed in red.

    Numbers in brackets (2) will include a tooltip on hover over to detail what the number represents on that view.



    Category, Area & Rate are default System Labels that can be customised.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    2. Select the View Type.
    3. Select the Display as 'Availability' 'Rates' or 'Availability & Rates'.
    4. Select the 'Calendar' icon and choose a Date.
    5. Select the icon to expand a Category, Rate Type or Channel.
