    Housekeeping Tasks on the Property

    Setup Housekeeping Tasks at a property level in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following:

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Housekeeping Tasks' tab.
    4. Select the Housekeeping Tasks and choose '>' button.
    5. Save/Exit.
    6. Proceed to Reset Housekeeping Schedules.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select a property and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Housekeeping Tasks' tab.

    Select the required Housekeeping Tasks and choose '>' button to allocate.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Proceed to Reset Housekeeping Schedules to apply these Housekeeping Tasks to all current reservations and complete the setup.
