    Occupancy Rule for Dynamic Pricing

    Setup the occupancy rule for Dynamic Pricing in RMS.

    Decision Tree

    The Occupancy selection made on the Property determines if occupancy percentages are displayed based on the property occupancy or the category occupancy.


    The option selected will be used by Dynamic Pricing to determine if the occupancy criteria has been met for any rate adjustments.

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
    3. Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.
    4. Select the Occupancy option.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.

    Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.

    Select the Occupancy option.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and exit the setup.

    The option selected will be used to determine if occupancy percentages are displayed based on the Category or the Property as well as if Dynamic Pricing rules take effect based on the Category or Property occupancy.
