    Print Multiple Copies of Receipts, Statements & Tax Invoices

    Configure printing multiple copies of Receipts, Statements & Tax Invoices in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.
    3. Enter the number of copies to Smart Print.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.

    Enter the number of copies to generate when smart printing a Receipt, Statement or Tax Invoice.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    When an RMS user has Smart Printing enabled and prints a Receipt, Statement or Tax Invoice, RMS will send the number of copies entered to the nominated printer.
