    Pre-Authorisation

    Setup Pre-Authorisation when using a compatible Payment Gateway with RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Gateway' tab.
    4. Select a Pre-Auth option.
    5. Enter the required value.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select a property and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Gateway' tab.

    Select a Pre-Authorisation option.

    Enter the corresponding value required.

    Choose whether users should receive a warning on reservation check-in when no Pre-Auth exists.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
