    Only Show Guest Account Balance & Reservation Total in the Guest Portal

    Setting up the Guest Portal to only show the Account Balance and Reservation Total if Bill To is 'Guest' in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Accounting Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Hide Reservation Total when Bill To is not set to Guest'.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Hide Account Balance when Bill To is not set to Guest'.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Accounting Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Hide Reservation Total when Bill To is not set to Guest'.

    Select the checkbox 'Hide Account Balance when Bill To is not set to Guest'.


    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to the Guest Portal Setup.

    With these options enabled the Guest will only see the Reservation Total and Account Balance if the Bill To on their Reservation Account is set to 'Guest'.

    When the Bill To is set to anything other than 'Guest' the Reservation Total and Account Balance will not be displayed to the guest in the Guest Portal.
