    Setup Default Allotments for RMS Online

    Setup Default Allotments for connected OTAs and the RMS IBE.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following:

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Default Allotments in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Choose the Property and Category.
    4. Select a Date Range.
    5. Enter Area Allotment.
    6. Enter a Release Back.
    7. Untick Invalid Days of the Week.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Default Allotments in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Default Allotment.

    Select the Property and Category for this allotment.

    Select a Date Range or choose 'Set Permanently' for an indefinite allotment.

    Enter the number of Areas to make available for sale.

    Enter the number of days for release back.

    Untick any invalid days of the week.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
