    Report on Completed NPS Surveys

    Generating the NPS Results Report in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reports > Management > Guests in RMS.
    2. Select the 'NPS Results' Report.
    3. Chose the Date Range to review.
    4. Build.

    Tip

    Setup a Schedule for the the NPS Results Report to automatically receive it at the set time.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reports > Management > Guests in RMS.

    Select the 'NPS Results' Report.

    Chose the Date Range to review.

    Select 'Build' to generate the report.

    The NPS Report will now be displayed on the screen along with the Surveys contributing to the displayed NPS Score for the selected date range.
