    Create an NPS Survey Form Letter

    Setting up a Form Letter to send the NPS Survey to departed guests in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Form Letter Description.
    4. Enter the Email Subject.
    5. Choose 'HTML' as the format.
    6. Enter the letter content.
    7. Insert NPS Survey URL Merge Field.
    8. Save/Exit.
    9. Set the Form Letter Access and choose 'Ok'.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Form Letter.

    Enter the Form Letter Description.

    Enter the Email Subject.

    Choose 'HTML' as the format.

    Enter the letter content.

    Insert NPS Survey URL Merge Field from the Reservation Merge Table.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Set the Form Letter Access and choose 'Ok'.

    When this Form Letter is sent to a guest, it will include a hyperlinked 'Click Here' that will direct the guest to the property's NPS Survey.
