    Activating 1-Way SMS in RMS

    Setup of 1-Way SMS Module for a Property in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Modules in RMS.
    2. Change the View to 'Available'.
    3. Select '1-Way SMS'.
    4. Choose 'Activate Module'.
    5. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions.
    6. Confirm 'Activate Module'.
    7. Review the 'Online Confirmation Form'
    8. Continue to Setup a Mobile Number on the Property.

    Modules activation screen is available to the Manager & System Administrator RMS Users only.

    Important

    Activation of the 1-Way SMS Module is required prior to activating 2-Way SMS if it is not already enabled for the property.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Modules in RMS.

    Change the View to 'Available'.

    Select '1-Way SMS'.

    Choose 'Activate Module'.

    Confirm 'Activate Module'.

    Review the 'Online Confirmation Form'.

    A copy of this confirmation will be sent from RMS Accounts to the primary Accounts contact and the System Administrator.

    Continue to Setup a Mobile Number on the Property.
