Guests by Country Report
Using the Guest by Region Report in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to Reports > Management > Guests > Guest by Region in RMS.
- Select the required Date Range.
- Select Report By as 'By Country'.
- Build.

Go to Reports > Management > Guests > Guest by Region in RMS.
Select the required Date Range.
Select Report By as 'By Country'.
Select 'Build' to generate the report using the selected options.
The generated report will display all selected Countries against Guest Profiles for the date range selected including a 'No Country Supplied' option.
Each Country will report for the date range:
- Total Number of Guests
- Percentage of Guests as each Guest Type
- Total Number of Reservations
- Percentage of Reservations for that Country
- Total Rate
- Percentage of Rate for that Country
