    Release an Area from Maintenance

    Putting an Area back online in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Utilities > Maintenance in RMS.
    2. Select a Property & Category.
    3. Search.
    4. Select a Maintenance Reservation.
    5. Select 'Release'.
    6. Confirm.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Utilities > Maintenance in RMS.

    Select the required Property and Category and choose 'Search'.

    Select the checkbox against the relevant Maintenance Reservation.

    Choose 'Release'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm releasing this Maintenance Reservation.

    The Area's Clean Status will now be set to 'Maintenance Inspect' and no longer considered 'On Maintenance' for that Maintenance Reservation.
