    Cancellation Reason

    Setup a Cancellation Reason in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Reason Code.
    4. Enter the Reason.
    5. Optional: Enter a Short Description.
    6. Select the Associated To as 'Reservation Cancelled'.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
    Select 'Add' to create a new reason.
    Enter the Reason Code.
    Enter the Reason.
    Optional: Enter a Short Description.
    Select the Associated To as 'Reservation Cancelled'.
    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
    This Cancellation Reason will now be available for selection when cancelling a reservation in RMS.
