    Access keys can be created on a reservation to provide to guests staying at the property.

    Additional setup or configuration may be required with the third party being used for access control.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.



    The Door Locks module must be enabled in the Module Market to use this feature.

    Use

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter a Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.
    3. Select the 'Keys' icon.
    4. Select the Number of Keys to Cut.
    5. Optional: Select the Common Areas and choose the  button.
    6. Select the Key Encoder.
    7. Select the 'Cut Keys' icon.

    Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter a Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.

    Select the  'Keys' icon.

    Select the Number of Keys to Cut.

    Optional: Select the Common Areas and choose the  button.

    Select the Key Encoder.

    Select the  'Cut Keys' icon.

    RMS will initiate the key process with the connected third party.

    Follow the prompts to complete the key cutting process.
