Hide Unavailable Categories
Only display available Categories on the RMS IBE.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.
- Select the Available Category View 'Hide Unavailable Categories'.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.
Select the Available Category View 'Hide Unavailable Categories'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The RMS IBE will now only display Categories with availability for the selected dates.
