    Configure Payment Options & Fees for RMS IBE

    Configuring Payment Options and Online Booking Fees for RMS IBE using Online Options in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Payment Options/Fees' tab.
    3. Select Credit Cards accepted for payment.
    4. Setup Guest Reservation Fees, if required.
    5. Configure Credit Card Commission, if required.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Payment Options/Fees' tab.

    Select Credit Cards accepted for payment and use the '>' button to allocate.

    Select a Sundry Charge to use for Guest Reservation Fees, if required.

    Select if Credit Card Commission to be applied and enter percentage.

    Select if Online Reservation Fee to be applied and enter value to charge.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
