Maximum Infant Age on the RMS Internet Booking Engine
Setup a maximum age for Infant Guest Type for the RMS IBE.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.
- Enter the Maximum Age for Infants.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.
Enter the Maximum Age for Infants.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The maximum set here will display in a data window when guest's hover their mouse over the 'Infant' field on the property's RMS Internet Booking Engine pages.
