    Housekeeping Holiday Dates record significant dates that can be used to determine the behaviour of a scheduled Housekeeping Task.

    Housekeeping Holiday Dates record significant dates that can be used to determine the behaviour of a scheduled Housekeeping Task.

    Housekeeping Tasks can be setup to only apply if the Reservations is between a predetermined length of stay with the option to only begin after a set number of days.

    Task Frequency combinations enable setting up Housekeeping Tasks that apply every day, every set day of the week, every ordinal day or set day of the week, on average every day or set day of the week, on average every ordinal day or set day of the week as well as on the set day or on the set ordinal day.

    Task Frequency Behaviour allows for predetermining how a Housekeeping Task should be scheduled when the selected schedule falls on the Arrive Date, Depart Date, Specific Days of the Week and Housekeeping Holiday Dates.


    Delete

    Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.

    Housekeeping must be enabled to use Housekeeping Tasks.

    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to setup this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Holiday in the Side Menu of RMS.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Navigate to the 'Holiday' tab.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Select a Date Range.
    6. Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
    7. Select the 'Add' icon.
    8. Select a Property and choose the  button.
    9. Select the 'Apply/Exit' icon.
    10. Save/Exit.


    Delete

    Multiple Housekeeping Holiday Dates can be created for the same date or date range if the allocated Properties are unique.

    Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Holiday in the Side Menu of RMS.

    Select the  'Add' icon.

    Navigate to the 'Holiday' tab.

    Enter a Description.

    Select a Date Range.

    Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.

    Select the  'Add' icon.

    Select a Property and choose the  button.

    Select the  'Apply/Exit' icon.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    This Housekeeping Holiday Date will be used with the Housekeeping Task Frequency Behaviour to determine the automatic scheduling of a Housekeeping Task on a Reservation.


    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Holiday in the Side Menu of RMS.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Navigate to the 'Holiday' tab.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Select a Date Range.
    6. Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
    7. Select the 'Add' icon.
    8. Select a Property and choose the  button.
    9. Select the 'Apply/Exit' icon.
    10. Save/Exit.


    Delete

    Multiple Housekeeping Holiday Dates can be created for the same date or date range if the allocated Properties are unique.
