    Housekeeper Login for the Housekeeping Portal

    Setting up a login for a Housekeeper to access the Housekeeping Portal in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
    2. Select a Housekeeper and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Enter an email address in the 'Email' field.
    4. Enter a password in the 'Password' field.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.

    Select a Housekeeper and choose 'Edit'.

    Enter an email address in the 'Email' field.

    Enter a password in the 'Password' field.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The Housekeeper will be able to use this email address and password to log into the Housekeeping Portal and manage the tasks allocated to them on the Housekeeper Roster.
