    Preparing to Connect to Hoseasons

    Setup required prior to activating the Hoseasons interface in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    Map by Property

    1. Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
    2. Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Category Details' tab.
    4. Enter the Hoseasons Service Code into the 'Code 2' field.
    5. Save/Exit.

    or

    Unit to Unit Integration

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Labels in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Area' tab.
    3. Enter 'Hoseasons Unit Code' into Label 5.
    4. Save/Exit.
    5. Logout and back into RMS.
    6. Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
    7. Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.
    8. Navigate to the 'Area' tab.
    9. Select an Area and choose 'Edit'.
    10. Navigate to the 'User Fields' tab.
    11. Enter the Hoseasons Unit Code.
    12. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide - Map by Property

    Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.

    Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Category Details' tab.

    Enter the Hoseasons Service Code into the 'Code 2' field.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.



    Visual Guide - Unit to Unit Integration

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Labels in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Area' tab.

    Enter 'Hoseasons Unit Code' into Label 5.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Logout and back into RMS.

    Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.


    Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Area' tab.

    Select an Area and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'User Fields' tab.

    Enter the Hoseasons Unit Code.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
