    Transfer from a Guest Account to a Reservation Account

    Transferring credit from an existing Guest Account to a Reservation Account in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Guest Profile in RMS.
    2. Select 'Account'.
    3. Select 'Transfer'
    4. Choose 'Balance Transfer'.
    5. Search for the destination account.
    6. Select an Account.
    7. Enter amount to transfer.
    8. Choose 'Transfer'.
    9. Confirm.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Guest Profile in RMS.

    Select 'Account'.

    Select 'Transfer' and choose 'Balance Transfer'.

    Search for the destination account.

    Select a destination account.

    Enter the amount to be transferred.

    Select 'Transfer'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm transferring the amount shown to the destination account.

    The Guest Account will now reflect a Credit Transfer Refund with the destination account listed.
