Activate the Guest Rewards Module
Activating the Guest Rewards Module for a property in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Modules in the Side Menu of RMS.
- Select the Status View of 'Available'.
- Select RMS Loyalty Upgrade and choose 'Activate Module'.
- Enter the Campaign Name.
- Enter a Loyalty Program Description.
- Select a Points Depreciation Type.
- Enter the Points Earned Per Dollar.
- Enter Points to Dollar Redemption.
- Review the Terms & Conditions.
- Select 'Activate Module'.
Visual Guide
Go to Modules in the Side Menu of RMS.
Select the Status View of 'Available'.
Select RMS Loyalty Upgrade and choose 'Activate Module'.

The module activation email will display on screen and be sent to the property's Main Accounts contact.
