    Enable the Guest Portal

    Turning on the Guest Portal in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to 'General Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Enable Guest Portal'.
    4. Save.

    Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Enable Guest Portal'.

    Select 'Save' and continue to Configure the Guest Portal.
