Enable Guests to Self Check-in via the Guest Portal
Setup to allow guests to check-in their reservation using the Guest Portal in RMS.
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Check-In' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow Guest to Check-in'.
- Select Check-in options.
- Choose if Signature required.
Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Check-In' tab.
Select the checkbox 'Allow Guest to Check-in'.
Select Check-in options.
Choose if Signature required.
Select 'Save' to store the changes made.
Guests with reservations in 'Confirmed' status will see the option to 'Check-in' on their Arrival Date in the Guest Portal.
