    Guest Portal Photo ID for Guests

    Setup the Guest Portal to allow guests to upload their photo ID into RMS.

    Photo ID can be uploaded by Guests using the Guest Portal.

    Information

    Photo ID can be uploaded by Guests using the Guest Portal.

    Uploaded Photo ID is saved on the 'Photo' tab of the Guest Profile in RMS.

    The Guest Portal can be used by guests to manage their reservations, make payments, update their contact information, complete registration prior to their arrival at the property or check-in and out of the property.

    The Guest Portal can be used by guests to manage their contact information and reservations at a property.

    Allowing guests to upload Photo ID on their profile in the Guest Portal can be used with an express, pre check-in or self check-in service to obtain the neccessary identification prior to the guest's arrival at the property.



    Guests will require access to their profile information and the ability to update their profile information in the Guest Portal to use this feature.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow Guest to Upload Photo'.
    4. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Photo ID Mandatory'.
    5. Save.
