    Guest Portal Messaging

    Setup Messaging for the Guest Portal in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Enable Messaging'.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Guest Portal Messaging enables quick correspondence between guests and the property via the Message Centre in RMS.

    Users will require access to the Guest Portal section of the Message Centre to read and reply to messages sent by guests from the Guest Portal.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Enable Messaging'.

    Select 'Save' and exit to store the changes made.

    Guests will now have the option to send messages to the Property as well as view any sent to them by the Property.
