Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow access to profile information'.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow updates to profile information'.

Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Additional Guest to be added to the Reservation'.
- Optional: Select the checkbox 'Ignore Mandatory field requirements for additional Guests'.
- Save.

Guests will have the option to view and edit their details in the Guest Portal and during Pre Check-in or Self Check-in through the Guest Portal.
