Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
- Enter the Exception Message.
- Save.

Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
Enter the Exception Message.
Select 'Save' to store the changes made.
The exception message entered will be used in the event of an error occuring during the guest's interactions with the Guest Portal.
