Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.
- Select 'Enable Online Check-in'.
- Select the Number of Days Prior to Arrival.

Optional: Select 'Enable Registration Card to be signed'.
- Select a Form Letter.
- Enter the Confirmation Text.
- Select the required Payment Condition.
- Optional: Select Online Travel Agents to be excluded and choose the '>' button.
- Save.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

Optional: Select 'Enable Registration Card to be signed'.
Select a Form Letter to be digitally signed.
Enter the Confirmation Text.
Select the required Payment Condition.
Optional: Select Online Travel Agents to be excluded and choose the '>' button.
Select 'Save' to store the changes made.
