Group Reservation Grid
Add a new Group Reservation by Category in RMS.
The Group Reservation Grid enables properties setup as Book by Category to create Group Reservations without assigning an Area.

The Group Reservation Grid enables properties setup as Book by Category to create Group Reservations without assigning an Area.
Group Reservations are reservations where multiple Areas are booked together by a Guest or party of Guests.
The Group Reservation Grid is only available to use with Categories setup as Book by Category.
Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

- Add Button

- Go to Reservations > Group Reservation in RMS.
- Select a Property.
- Select the Arrive & Depart Date.
- Select a Rate Type.
- Optional: Select a Company.
- Optional: Select a Travel Agent or Wholesaler.
- Enter the Number of Areas to book per date.
- Select the
'Create Group' icon. - Enter a Group Name.
- Enter the Guest Details.
- Save/Exit.
