    Add an Area to an Existing Reservation

    Converting existing reservations into a Group by adding more Areas in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Open the Reservation in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add Area' on the Reservation Details.
    3. Locate the required Areas.
    4. Add to the Reservation.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Open the reservation in RMS.

    Select 'Add Area' to open the Quick Quote screen.

    Search for the required Area.

    Select the number of Areas and choose 'Add to Reservation'.

    Once all Areas are added for the required dates, choose 'Proceed' to continue.

    These Areas will now be added to the reservation and a Group Reservation Number will be created.
