Guest Rewards Balance Report
Reporting on Guest Loyalty Rewards Balances in RMS.
- Go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report in RMS.
- Select 'Build'.
Go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report in RMS.
Select 'Build' to generate the Guest Loyalty Rewards Balance Report for all properties.
The Balance Report will include:
- Guest Name
- Loyalty Card Number
- Guest Email Address
- Guest Reward Points Earned
- Guest Reward Points Redeemed
- Guest Reward Point Balance
