Go to Help > Service Requests in RMS.
Select 'Add' to Open a New Service Request.
Confirm the Contact Name, Email and Number.
Enter any CC Email Addresses.
Select a Preferred Contact Method.
Choose the Service Request Type and Sub Type.
Enter a Subject or Summary.
Enter the Service Request Details.
Upload any relevant screenshots or file attachments.
Select the Priority of the Service Request.
Select 'Save' to create the new Service Request.
A confirmation message will be displayed on screen including the unique Service Request Number.
