    RMS Print Client

    Setup the RMS Print Client for Smart Printing in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Print Profiles in RMS.
    2. Select 'Download'.
    3. Open the downloaded 'RMSSmartPrintClient' file.
      1. Select 'Run Anyway' if prompted by Windows.
      2. Select 'Yes' if prompted by Windows to allow the program to make changes to the PC.
    4. Follow the Installer Prompts.
      1. Select 'Everyone' for Install the RMS Print Client for.
    5. Open the installed RMS Smart Print Client.
    6. Enter the Property's RMS Client ID & Webservices Password.
    7. Select 'List Properties'.
    8. Select the checkbox for each Property using this network of printers.
    9. Select 'List Printers'
    10. Select the checkbox for each Printer to be used in RMS.
    11. Enter a Description for this RMS Print Client.
    12. Select 'Ok' to complete configuration.

    Info

    The RMS Print Client must be installed on a PC with Windows 7 or later as the operating system.

    Only one Print Client per network of printers is required.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Print Profiles in RMS.

    Enter the Property's RMS Client ID & Webservices Password.

    Select 'List Properties'.

    Select the checkbox for each Property using this network of printers.

    Select 'List Printers'.

    Select the checkbox for each Printer to be used in RMS.

    Enter a Description for this RMS Print Client.

    Select 'Ok' to complete configuration.
