    Create a HTML Form Letter

    Setting up a HTML Form Letter for sending correspondence in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Form Letter Description.
    4. Enter the Email Subject Line.
    5. Select the file format 'HTML'.
    6. Enter the letter Contents.
    7. Insert any required Merge Fields.
    8. Save/Exit.
    9. Set Letter Access and choose 'Ok'.

    Info

    HTML Form Letters are sent as the email content instead of an attachment.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Form Letter.

    Enter Description for the Form Letter.

    Enter the subject line to be used when emailing this Form Letter.

    Select the file format 'HTML'.

    Enter the letter contents and format as required.

    Insert any required Merge Fields.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Set Letter Access and choose 'Ok'.
