    Transfer Event Charges to the Reservation Account

    Applying the Event Charges to the Reservation Account in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Event Management'.
    4. Select the required Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.
    5. Select 'Accounts' and choose 'Transfer Sundry to Account'.
    6. Select to Tranfer as Single Transaction or Itemised Transactions.
    7. Select 'Process'.
    8. Select 'Yes' to confirm.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Event Management'.

    Select the required Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.

    Info

    This step is only required for Group Event Reservations.

    Select 'Accounts' and choose 'Transfer Sundry to Account'.

    Select to Tranfer as Single Transaction or Itemised Transactions.

    Select 'Process'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm applying the charges to the account using the selected option.

    The Event Charges will now be posted on the Reservation Account using the option selected.
