    Digital Registration Card Fields

    Setup custom fields to display on the Digital Registration Card in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
    2. Select the User 'Digital Registration Card'.
    3. Select the checkbox for Guest Details Fields to display.
    4. Select the checkbox for Reservation Details Fields to display.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Selected fields will become available for display with a future update to the Digital Registration Card.

    Reservation Details fields will be included as read only.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
    Select the User 'Digital Registration Card'.
    Select the checkbox for Guest Details Fields to display.
    Select the checkbox for Reservation Details Fields to display.
    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
    The selected fields will be displayed on a future released version of the Digital Registration Card.
