    Digital Registration Card

    Setup the Digital Registration Card in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.
    2. Select the existing Registration Card and choose 'Copy'.
    3. Enter the Description as 'Digital Registration Card'.
    4. Select 'Copy/Exit'.
    5. Select 'Include' for Security Profile Access and choose 'Ok'.
    6. Select the Digital Registration Card and choose 'Edit'.
    7. Place the cursor in the Guest Signature section.
    8. Select the Merge Table 'Guest'.
    9. Select the Merge Field 'DigitalRegoSignature'.
    10. Save/Exit.
    11. Proceed to Property Digital Registration Card.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.


    Select the existing Registration Card and choose 'Copy'.


    Enter the Description as 'Digital Registration Card'.


    Select 'Copy/Exit'.


    Select 'Include' for Security Profile Access and choose 'Ok'.


    Select the Digital Registration Card and choose 'Edit'.


    Place the cursor in the Guest Signature section.


    Select the Merge Table 'Guest'.


    Select the Merge Field 'DigitalRegoSignature'.


    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.


    Proceed to Property Digital Registration Card.
