    Schedule a Campaign

    Scheduling an eDM campaign to send later in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to EDM > Send Campaign in RMS.
    2. Select a recipient list and choose 'Show Matches'.
    3. Select 'Send Campaign'.
    4. Choose a Campaign.
    5. Enter a Campaign Name.
    6. Enter the required Subject line.
    7. Enter a 'From' and 'Reply To' email.
    8. Enter the Sender Name.
    9. Select 'Schedule'.
    10. Choose the date & time.

    Visual Guide

    Go to EDM > Send Campaign in RMS.

    Select a recipient list and choose 'Show Matches'.

    Select 'Send Campaign'.

    Choose a campaign to send.

    Enter a Campaign Name.


    Enter the subject line for the email.

    Enter the 'From' and 'Reply To' email addresses.

    Enter a sender name.

    Select 'Schedule'.

    Select the required date and time and choose 'Save/Exit' to create the schedule.

    Campaign schedules can be viewed or amended by going to EDM > Scheduled Campaigns.
